ALAMOGORDO, N.M. — Though the world knew Ozzy Osbourne as a rock icon, the community of Alamogordo, New Mexico, embraced him as one of their own following a memorable visit in 2018.

That year, Osbourne and his children, Jack and Kelly, came to Alamogordo while filming an episode of their A&E series, Ozzy & Jack’s World Detour. Captivated by the city’s charm and hospitality, Ozzy took the unique step of applying for membership with the Alamogordo Chamber of Commerce.
